Refund Policy

Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with Emaliz. If you are not, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date.
  • You must contact us at [email protected] with your account email and the reason for the request.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

What We Refund

  • First charge on a new plan — if you upgraded and the plan does not meet your needs, we will issue a full refund within the 14-day window.
  • Billing errors — if you were charged incorrectly (e.g., double charge, wrong plan), we will refund the overcharge immediately.
  • Service unavailability — if the Service was significantly unavailable during a billing period, we may issue a prorated refund or credit.

What We Do Not Refund

  • Requests made more than 14 days after the charge date.
  • Partial months — cancellations mid-cycle do not result in a prorated refund; your access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider and bank.

Right of Withdrawal (EU/BG)

Under EU and Bulgarian law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital services like Emaliz, by consenting at checkout to begin the service immediately, you waive this right once the service has been provided. See our Terms of Service for full details.
